I have Gaming K4 and had sorta siliar problem. I resolved it by pressing delete before Asrock logo shows up, then I could enter BIOS and load defaults.
Next reboot and all was fine. Br, Mjasnik |

I need help here too. I've downloaded 3.40 BIOS updater for windows, and after all necessary steps my PC has been shut down and never booted up again. I see nothing - just a blank black screen.

Hi,
I am having kind of same problem.
My AB350 Pro4 came with bios p3.3. I updated to P3.4 as requested before updated to p4.6 I winstalled Windows 10 Pro after (with BIOS p3.3) but none of my GPU were running (they were detect but I couldn't benchmark them). So I update the BIOS to p4.6. After the installation complete with no problems, the computer reboot and it freezes on the ASROCK motherboard control screen. But now I can't access any of the option. Please help. |

Ok, updated the bios to 3.40 using the file that wardog shared, and it then let me update to 4.60! Apart from a slight heart attack when it didn't boot into Windows after updating to 4.60, it went without a hitch. The reason it didn't boot into Windows after applying 4.60 is that it reset all my HDD priorities, making it point to a different drive than my boot drive. But once I'd re-applied them it worked like a charm! Thanks again for the help everyone, hopefully anyone else having the same problem as me will see this thread and be able to resolve their problem thanks to your speedy and very useful help.

Thanks for the help everyone! Glad it wasn't just me being a bit daft and not getting things right. And thanks for getting it sorted out on the website, wardog. Will keep an eye out on it being fixed. Think I might grab a copy of all the bios files just in case something similar happens in the future. In the meantime, will try the 3.40 bios that you've uploaded here and give 4.60 another try. Will post the results back! Thanks again for all the help.
