For your first problem it might be an issue with your mouse and keyboard not all devices (namely cheaper ones) completely power off when they are plugged in. Your second problem sounds like the result of an early UEFI updating to the latest available should resolve that problem.

Hi everyone, sorry for my limited English.
I have couple problems with x370 taichi and i hope for help. 1/ Mouse and keyboard LED is on even my PC turned off. 2/ - I set the OC setting in bios. - Turn off the computer. - Unplug PSU/turn off the switch on PSU. - Plug in/turn on the switch and reboot=> THE CPU RUN AT BASE CLOCK OR VERY LOW SPEED ~1.5GHz. I'm so frustrated these day and searching for solutions on internet but no clue. Once again, sorry for my bad English but hope someone can help. Thank u so much.
