Onboard RGB on asrock 370 gaming board not working

   I just finished a build and I am tying to get everything working but the onboard rgb for the motherboard dosent want to work for me... i have installed the rgb app and updated bios. but when i got the board hooked up it was on breath red and i wanted static red so i opened up the app and now it is stuck on white.. when i go into the app it says its on black and i move it around and nothing happened.. Hardware:
AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core
ASRock - Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB
