I somehow missed the OPs original post. Eanderson, please list out all hardware that is connected inside and outside the case when this occurs. Please include the specific PSU model and its age also. Thanks |

Hi there,
I have a problem with memory on my Q1900M motherboard that I recently bought. OS started to freeze, so I run memtest86 and it showed errors. I went to retailer with these errors and he gave me a new memory, but this memory was also having errors in memtest86, so I went back to retailer and asked for a memory that is compatible with this board: Kingston KVR16N11S8/4 (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Q1900M/?cat=Memory). Guess what, this memory also shows errors in memtest86. I'm starting to believe it's a bad memory slot on the motherboard. Can somebody please advise what to do? Are there any checks I can run to make sure it's motherboard? Thanks |
