Reboot issue with new GPU

   so i finally got a vega 56 which was finally an upgrade to my 290x.
i Installed - DDUd old Driver - then the new one - everything as expected.

BUT when i hit Reboot on my Windows 10: it shuts down but when coming back displays stays black and nothing happens , except the system is running but no POST. i have to press resetbutton on my PC

what could be the culprit? i suspect a UEFI thingy

Bios 4.6 on x370 Gaming K4
