Which works on it......

I put the RAMs A1,A2 slot it is worked in single channel @ 3200 mhz.
After I put the RAM A1 slot to B2 then It working in dual channel mode @ 3200 mhz.
I not change anything settings just firstly boot in single channal mode with RAMs.

With 2 ram sticks you must put the ram in A2 and B2. If the QVL says 2pcs then it means 2 sticks of ram have been tested to run good in Dual channel mode. I have same board and it runs great with ram set at XMP. I do not change the ram voltages or overclock the CPU as either or both can cause instability.

The problem is in dual channel mode.
When I use this mode not working the XMP profiles.
Only working in single channel mode. (A1,A2 or A1)

What does it mean in the memory QVL support list on the Dual Channel columns (2pcs)
2 kit with 4 modules or 1 kit with 2 modules ?
Because It not working with 2 modules in dual channel mode.

This is BIOS problem or not ?

All boards (from every manufacturer) will default to 2133 with XMP disabled, this is simply to ensure the highest possible chance of posting, even if the RAM is not fully supported at it's XMP speeds. Makes sense, if you input bad settings or the XMP doesn't work with a particular kit, you can always clear CMOS and post at 2133.

I don't have a Z370 board or your particular RAM kit to test with so I am not sure how much help I can be but here are a few things you can try:

1. Make sure the RAM is 100% seated and there is no debris/dust in the slots
2. Clear CMOS
3. Load up the UEFI and enable XMP, change nothing else and see if it posts
4. If no post, clear again and try XMP 2
5. If neither post, try setting XMP (3000) and change the voltage to 1.36 then 1.37

If none of those work then contact Tech Support from the ASRock website. Odds are there is more than one revision of that model RAM. It happens fairly often when RAM manufacturers run out of a particular memory chip and replace it with a "compatible" one. We see it very often with Corsair lately. Unfortunately, they are not always as "compatible" as all that.

Tech Support should be able to help you out.

Good luck and welcome to the forums Thumbs Up

I bought this memory (Kingston 2x4GB DDR4 3200MHz HyperX Predator XMP HX432C16PB3K2/8) because I found it the Memory QVL support list.

I installed A2 and B2 channel and I would like to you use XMP but my PC does not working in this mode, in addition It set BIOS load deafault settings and  set memory speed to 2133 mhz.

I can set only 2666 mhz memory speed.
I can not use xmp profile 1 @ 3200 Mhz and xmp profile 2 @ 3000 Mhz.
I set voltage 1.35 and set VCCIO and VCCSA same issue.

BIOS version 2.0

Could you please inform me about the solution ?
