I have to point out, I've gone back to two old graphics cards and now I have two displays again. Therefore, the issue must be with the way the motherboard handles the GTX960 - or rather, doesn't.

Please help!
I have an AS Rock Pro 3 970 R2 and I recently installed an NVIDIA GTX960 4GB GDDR5 graphics card. Because the DVI port wouldn't output along with the HDMI (I run two displays 1920x1080) I read that a BIOS update would cure this. However, since the update, the PC won't boot. It sometimes gets to the Windows 10 logon screen, but then the PC just switches off. It just shuts down. I was running the GTX960 with another card so I could have two displays, however, that seemed stupid when one card has all the outputs. That worked well before the update, but after the BIOS update, I can't even do that because the PC just shuts down as it boots to Windows. Can anyone help? |
