the problem of using a programmer is that the bios is not in .bin format. does anyone recommend me in particular? ch341a?

You will need to contact tech support (from the ASRock website) and either have them send you a new BIOS chip or find an EPROM programmer and flash the existing one externally.

after updating my bios the computer does not start. How can I go back to the previous version? I have a Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 and the bios version that I have set is 2.31
