Unfortunately it sounds like you need to reset the BIOS, that does involve changing a jumper.
Section 2.5 in your manual shows the CMOS reset (BIOS reset) You should contact Asrock Tech support directly as they may have a way to reset without changing a jumper. http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=5265&title=howto-contact-tech-support |

I was tampering with settings in Bios 2.20 on the z270 pro4 motherboard, because I couldn't install windows, and I put the CSM settings to Do Not Launch on all three, and I can no longer access the BIOS. I'd rather not mess with jumpers and stuff like that because I'm already pretty bad with computers.
