Help with not showing my new SSD stick |

I have had recurring issues with that motherboard and intermittently failing to recognize the ultra m.2 slot for my SSD - so far I have no idea what fix will work to get it to consistently work.

what model and brand is the m.2
and to my understanding the top m.2 is pcie m.2 and the bottom is sata m.2 depending on which m.2 you got it. It has to go on the right slot or maybe you just need to initialize the new m.2

Hello everyone, I bought a SSD stick for the M2 slot but my motherboard asrock 350ab pro 4 does not show up anywhere so where do I go to find it ? I first bought a Sata drive to install windows 10 pro and later bought a SSD stick for the M2 and put it in the correct slot but motherboard not detecting it at all please help thanks
