That voltage is too high for your overclock, and not worth it.  I wouldn't be surprised if it's unstable, hence why you are getting a lower score.  Lower your overclock and test it.

Cool, so I don't have to update bios, but I'm sitting here at a stable oc to 4ghz on my cpu, gpu is boosted to 2xxx instead of the stock 16xx ram wouldn't oc stablliy well thats what i get for buying trident z 2133 for some reason they wont oc at all on this board. But still im hitting 832 as a score for my CB and that seems extremely low in my opinion.

I am on bios p3.40 and think i should update it, but there is no list of bios version that i can find with all the bios versions just the latest says it needs 3.50 before i can install and doesnt list 3.50 as an option what do I do???

Mind you I just bought this board last month from Asrock, and its bios is really far back from what I can tell. Any help would be much appropriated.

Honestly, you have nothing to gain by updating to the higher BIOS revisions especially for Ryzen 1st gen.  The newer ones are meant for Ryzen 2xxx series.  3.40 is the last stable version for Ryzen 1st gen.  You are fine.
