those things are bios controlled, as long u didnt burn it (too much ampers), it should work, u can try with multimeter if it does anything also make sure that it is enabled in bios

Yesterday, out of no obvious reason, my LED stripes and the fan halos stopped working. They were working before, so it's not that I have plugged them in wrong. The stripes are RED stripes only, and I wanted the RGB halos to "breath" in red only as well...I've installed ASR RGB App but I am only able to control the LEDs on the MB. Same counts for the RGB option in the BIOS (3.7), they only affect the LEDs on the Motherboard itself, but they have no effect on the three 4-pin LED connectors on the board. It seems they are simply OFF. I was flashing the RGB's with a tutorial I found online, uninstalled the ASR RGB App, reset the BIOS but nothing brought my halos and the stripes back to work. Any suggestions?
