SATA 0 and SATA 1 do not work (Z370 Taichi)

   I have a new main board - Z370 Taichi. For some reasons, my HDD TOSHIBA HDWN160UZSVA is not being recognized when connected to SATA 0 or SATA 1. It works fine though in other SATA ports - SATA 2, etc. I upgraded the BIOS to 3.10, but it did not help. Is it a faulty board?
