Hello, I have H110M-HDV R3.0 Motherboard. I often have such a problem that the monitor does not turn on with the mouse / keyboard wake up. The point is that when the monitor connected to the built-in hdmi port on the motherboard does not work correctly, the problem is not in the monitor, but in the motherboard itself!
For example, I come home after work and trying to get the monitor out of idle time, this does not happen, the monitor simply reports that there is no signal, especially when the computer has been rebooted or turned on remotely.
There is a feeling that the bios of the motherboard disables the integrated video core in the case when the monitor goes into standby mode and it disappears from the system, which is also confirmed in this way, when the monitor goes into sleep, the sound starts to go through the headphones, and not from the speakers monitor.
And if you just turn off the monitor from the button on its panel, you hear a sound in the headphones that some device was removed from the system.
I also wrote to Intel technical support, which they responded to write to the motherboard manufacturer, I also wrote to Asrock technical support, but there was no response on the decision or consideration of the answer.
Tips to update the BIOS to the latest version, to install the latest video driver will be ignored, because the obvious things have been already done so many times that the problem has not been solved in any way!
The manufacturers of other motherboards to solve this problem in the BIOS always have a special setting item like rc6 render standby, which ASRock for some reason did not find.

My config:
ASRock H110M-HDV R3.0
Intel Pentium G4600
Micron 8GB DDR4 Single Channel
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB Single Fan
SSD LiteOn 120GB 3D MLC/HDD WD 500GB Enterprise
OS Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1803, UEFI Boot non-CSM
Bios version 7.40 and Intel Video Driver 24.20.100.6229
