Vcore  adjustment works on 4.60 and 4.70

Is it fixed on newer BIOS? can we get full changelog for 4.50, 4.60, and 4.70?

as full changelog is not listed here

VCore adjustment is broken on 3.60 as well.

VCore adjustments do not have any effect on Fatal1ty ITX AB350 UEFI 4.40

Since I have Summit Ridge, not Raven Ridge, is it safe to downgrade to 3.60?
