Have you tried a standard PSU with it?

If that gets you a POST then you can go over the Pico and power brick to see what the issue is.

Hello

I have bought Asrock J3455-ITX combo motherboard recently.
my conf :
2x 8Go RAM DDR3L Kingston - KVR16LS11/8 
Mini-Box picoPSU-120
LEICKE 48W Power Supply PSU
Disque SSD 2.5" SATA 3 - Kingston

The machine does not boot.

I ve tried :
- to clear the CMOS changing the CMOS battery
- to put only 8Go RAM in memory slot A1
- to alternate the memory modules
The same, it does not boot ..

Any suggestion .. ?
