Option 3 you could have mentioned that without the aggressiveness, but I didnt know that so thanks. Option 2 didnt help as ive already tried that. Option 1 is the only option I havent tried yet, except im not entirely sure how to flash bios in dos especially on windows 10.. How would I go about doing that?

well before flashing any bios you must reset it to defaults or errors will occur now you have options option 1 you can flash back to the bridge bios version 3.30 and then flash to version 3 in DOS this will totally rewrite the bios file (your issue seems to be traces of newer bios remaining) and then flash forward to 3.30 and back to 4.60 with new clean bios rom or option 2 on the forums taichi bios beta 4.81 seems to be ok without issues or option 3 why the hell are you on versions 4+ with a first gen ? im on version 3.1 and EVERY SINGLE THING WORKS FINE.......................... also i cannot understand why to mess around with bclk its really not helping anything in real terms and brings its own unstabilities i run a 1700 as well it has sat at 3.9 ghz since april 2017 at max 1.35 volts and auto down volts to less than 0,500v why re-invent the wheel ?

Yes, I cleared CMOS, then I flashed back to 4.60. from 4.80. Now, Load Line Calibration does not work. No matter what I set it to, it get a Vdroop of about .06V under load. I have AMD Cool n Quiet turned off and performance booster. I also have my BUS OC to 102mhz if that matters at all I didnt mention that my CPU is a R7 1700 and OC to 3.7ghz at 1.218V

No issues on 4.60. I just bought myself a new cooler for overclocking the Noctua D15. I thought to myself, might as well update my bios while im at it. Downloaded the new bios.. Computer proceeded to power cycle 3 times before starting up whenever I set ANY overclocks. When it finally started up the overclocks werent applied. Okay so thats bullsh*t I say. I clear my CMOS and revert back to 4.60. My LLC doesnt work anymore. My overclocks are useless. It Vdroops from 1.22V to 1.15V no matter what I set my LLC to. I cant overclock anymore so now this new cooler is pointless. Thanks ASrock for breaking my motherboard. Useless. If anyone has a possible fix let me know. This is the most frustrating sh*t ive ever had the pleasure to deal with in OCing. My cinebench score was at 1636 now I cant even get over 1450. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
