Dear Nereida,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding each fan speed control on this board:
CPU_FAN1 can control the 4-pin fan.
CHA_FAN1 can control 3-pin and 4-pin fan.
CHA_FAN2 cannot control the 3-pin fan.

Please install 4-pin fan on CHA_FAN2 and then you are able to control the fan speed.

I inserted 2 fans into the chassis 1 and 2 port.
But there is no controls for chassis 2.
Only cpu and chassis 1 can control. 
Both chassis are 3 pin fans.
