iI had similar problem......try disabling windows 'fast boot' options.

I have a GTX1050 installed on AB350Pro4 with Ryzen 2400G but can no display on first boot up. I need to reset to get normal display. I guess the mother board always set IGP as primary display even select external in BIOS.

Anyone have same issue and how to solve it ?
