Hi there, i am on the latest BIOS v3.10 and i would like to reflash my Z370 Pro Gaming i7 with a copy of current BIOS v3.10 - but if i try to instant flash that BIOS, i will always get the message, that this BIOS is currently installed and running and i have to choose a newer ROM image! My last board was an ASRock Z270 Super Carrier and there i never had this "re-flashing" issues before. On this board i was not only able to flash the current BIOS - i even could "downgrade" the BIOS with an older ROM image w/o getting a message like "you currently running newer BIOS, would you really like to downgrade?". What ever version of BIOS ROM image resides on my USB-flashdrive would have been flashed to the BIOS chip A. So what do i have to do, to flash any kind of valid BIOS for Z370 Pro Gaming i7 using instant flash method - no matter, if the "wish to get flashed" ROM image is older or newer than the currently installed ROM? Got this board new as of today and just "online flashed" from BIOS v1.30 through the BIOS UEFI update feature via Internet to v3.10 Any HELP is appreciated. Thanx in advance... regards, Marc # - - - - - - - - - - # Problem seems to be solved: was just able to downgrade to BIOS v1.70 Must have been "misconfigured" BIOS-settings or currupt download of ROM image v3.10 Now trying to flash v3.10 again. Will keep you informed about the result. Stay tuned.... and SORRY 4 bothering ;-)
