Download your BIOS Here, prefered method of updating your bios should be Instant Flash

Hello,
I m looking forward to understanding what happened to my board because when i wanted to flash the Windows flash utility it told me "the bios file doesn't support this model" I until now understand that it is a wrong bios file but how can i be sure i get the right bios file as of now.
