B850 Pro RS WIFI, cannot flashback

The RAM I will be using requires BIOS number 3.15, but any attempt to flashback BIOS is without success.

I have 2 USB stick (both working). Have even tried MBR and GPT. All I am getting is a green light. Anybody having this issue of some kind ?
