I I just bought a asrock 6700 11 gb Challenger One month ago and now it?™s not getting power the fan is not working and Windows is not recognizing the video card I tried all types of tricks Yes so I can make it the card work but when i start the pc the video card Becomes hot and it?™s not detected what should i do !!

I think you already returned it to the seller, because that is the best thing to do.
Did you try putting it in another slot, and with another monitor.
Sorry the reply took this long, I had replied to all forum topics sind 2020, so was surprised to suddenly see this topic, being unanswered.

The graphics card still with me the seller is Newegg and newegg told me that the only thing thay can do for me is a 50 dollar cash back ??. So i didnt do any thing the card is broken in its box looking new but doesn?™t work . Its just a lesson in life.
1-never buy from newegg.
2-never buy any thing from asrock.

Is the seller newegg or is it a marketplace seller?
