Hi there,

I've got a question, is that normal my XMP profile not running? (everything set on auto in bios, except for the XMP profil).
RAM: 2x16Gb (f4-4000c16d-32gvka), G Skills Ripjwas V ddr4 4000Cl16 (16 16 16 36 @ 1.4v)
CPU: I5-13600K
MOBO: Asrock Z690 Extreme
Bios: 9.04

Even at 3800 it fails, I can only run this profil at 3600 mhz (1.35v or 1.4v) and perfectly stable. 3600 cl15 unstable, and 3600 cl14 won't boot.

I've tried running above 3600 mhz even with low timing (20-20-20...), it never boot?

Plugged in the right slot (A2/B2), cleared CMOS between tries, tried other slot (A1/B1).

Is there more tweek to do in bios to make this work?

(Asrock Timing configuration not working atm)

Also I can't find VCCSA and VCCIO voltage in the bios is that normal?
I can assume VCCSA = System Agent Voltage mode to override in FIVR configuration, and then I can set my voltage, I'm right?

Looks like indeed FIVR > System Agent Voltage = VCCSA.
And also, VCCIO no longer exists as of ADL. It's been merged into VCCSA.

So, I've follow the DDR4 OC Guide (of integralfx).

What is strange is that I can do 3600 mhz (with xmp profil on, so 16-16-16-36), and manualy set 1.35v on DRAM voltage, and VCCSA at 1.25v (or auto), and it's perfectly stable, no error so far on memtest and other soft, no crash, etc...

As soon as I go up in frenquency (like 3733 or 3800), it will never boot to windows even with timming like (18-22-22-42) or way more, it will always fails (tried with Dram voltage up to 1.55v, and VCCSA up to 1.3v), while following oc guide instruction.

At this point, I think maybe there is something I don't see that will "cap" my memory frenquency to 3.6Ghz?

As it also won't boot to windows with xmp profil off at 3733 mhz or more (with way higher timing).
