Hello, ive bought this board new 2 months ago. Since i got it,when i use argb on board, awful flickering happens on every fan aside front 3 fans.
I have CM Sickleflow 120, 3xArctic p12 (LF2 360 ARGB AIO,it says on aio and on board's site that these two are compatible with each other, seems like they are not lol),and 3 antec df700 stock fans on front.

When i connect the CM fan by itself,it works good. When i connect the three front fans it works good. It only has issue with any of arctic p12's and CM when its attached to them in daisy chain.

All fans worked previously on my board (b550 tomahawk),ive tried them on my friend's pc and they all work perfect. Also, they work perfect on my board's ARGB hub, when the hub is on its own controlling, when i switch to board control mode it also starts flickering.

Only time where all fans work good without flicker is when i flash the RGB chip firmware, during flashing it works good then after flashing it starts flickering again.

Ive tried flashing firmware, different polychrome version, openargb, all have exact same issue which leads me to believe this is some firmware issue.

I know these issues on asrock arent uncommon, but im asking if anybody had this issue and found a fix? Its pretty annoying to have and i expected better of this board

Every manufacturer, uses its own controller chip, and that comes also with the RGB tool.
The difference between the controller and the sofware can cause problems.
You write when You connect the CM fans, they work fine, and are these 12 Volt RGB, or 5 Volt Addressable RGB.
Fan RGB in Daisy Chain (serial)is normally not happening, it is always parallel and the RGB controller, cannot address more than a certain ammount of LED's.
What is also important, is, to know if RGB controllers are used, because my CM Cosmos 200 comes also with an RGB controller, but it absolutely sucks, I once had it briefly working in combination with onboard, but that was only a day.
The question ist, when You hook up the Individual fans RGB directly onto the board, do the individual RGB, work properly.
Another cause is sometimes the use or wireless keybord and mice, in partcular the USB dongle, which sometimes completely dissables proper USB communication, and RGB is hooked up to USB

All fans are argb. As ive said issue repeats with or without controller, regardless if i use 1 arctic p12 or more in daisy chain. In whatever scenario, front 3 argb fans (stock antec ones) always work perfectly with 0 flicker.

What led me to believe its firmware issue is that all fans work perfectly when firmware is flashing, and up after its done.

I contacted support, and they pretty much told me its defective board and to RMA it. But why would defective board work good with some fans and others not?
