Hello,

My System:

Ryzen 7 7700X
32 GB RAM DDR5-5600 2 Modules
NVIDIA RTX 3090 TI

with the Bios Version 1.11 everything is fine.
With the Bios Version 1.18 i got al lot off BSOD and with Memtest86+ i got the information of an CPU error or RAM error.
After changing back to Version 1.11 everything is fine also in Memtest86+.
I´m not sure but can it be that integration from the X3D is getting problems with the non X3D processor?

Best Regards
Thomas

I have quite similar issue as you.
check this post

After some back-and-forth email with Asrock, they conclude the root cause is my memory(F5-5600J3636C16GX1-FX5) is not on their QVL list.

QLV link: https://pg.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X670E%20PG%20Lightning/index.asp#Memory

A similar 2-modules kit should be F5-5600J3636C16GX2-FX5

Asrock won't do much if your memory is not on their QVL. My feeling is Asrock motherboard is quite picky on memory comparing with other major motherboard vendors.

Then why'd it work with the older BIOS? :-)
Convenient answer.

Try to increase the voltage to the ram.

I would suggest you submit at ticket to asrock using the link below. If they can fix your issue with a new BIOS, it may also help many others with similar issue.

It's good to know your problem is fixed eventually. Hopefully Asrock will apply similar fix to other mobo.

BIOS version 1.21 solved my problem, you may try it or higher version to see if any improvement.
