I know the subject makes it sounds like a monitor issue, but I tried using other monitors with a different display cable on my computer and it didn't work, I tried my monitor using the same display cable on another computer and it works like normal, so I assume it's my computer's fault. I tried cleaning the RAM and CMOS battery, but sadly, it didn't fix the problem, I think the PSU is fine because I can power on my computer and the processor's fan is spinning. Does anyone have the same problem?

I'm using ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard, thanks in advance!

Second option is if you run windows to see if that is controlling the powersave as that is also the most likely culpritt
