So the latest batch of Z690 and Z790 bioses feature this "CPU Indicator utility for K-series CPU".
Time to post your score, I guess. Also I'd like to know what's the logic behind it, and of course if it really means anything at all. My 13600KF doesn't seem to be a complete dud at least |

I'm really not sure what to make of the results or how you were able to take a screenshot in the bios settings or how you were able to get the statistics to populate. lol

Well they were populated without any user action for me, I'm guessing they just didn't put in the numbers for 12000 series (yet?).
If the numbers I got are anything to go by, it looks you have great P-cores. Also from just these two samples it doesn't look like lower VID automatically means higher quality, so it seems that's not the logic behind it, if there is any. If that was the case you'd expect the quality numbers to be switched around. |

I'm guessing it's supposed to be like asus's SP (silicon prediction), but more basic. Maybe it's still in the early stage of development?
Hard to tell anything without documentation. |

I have a Z790 Taichi board and 14900K but this option is completely unpopulated, is that just because this is still a new thing and doesn't work for this CPU yet?

As far as I know, there is a slight difference between the retail 12900K and the sample. Perhaps the N/A is because the CPU cannot be recognized. Waiting for the new version of BIOS should solve the problem.
Without CPU Indicator Feature, maybe you can try the latest BIOS? ASUS SP Number https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/intel-500-400-series/maximus-13-and-rocket-lake-the-rules-have-changed/m-p/812999 The forum mentioned "SP is based on CPU's default VID", the information on ASUS and ASRock are similar, so the number is just a Formula conversion. https://www.overclock.net/threads/asus-maximus-z790-and-intel-i9-13900k-14900k-an-overclocking-and-tuning-guide.1801569/ The basic information are similar, ASUS have ratio prediction, but you have to compare number with other people. ASRock without prediction, but they provide quality statistical data. |

I was asked to see if the latest beta bios fixes my problem and happy to report the cpu indicator statistics now show up and the beta bios(11.04) did not brick my system.
