Hi Nomad911210,
Here's the link to the latest BIOS with NVMe support. Please use it at your own risk. Feel free to thank me if it works out for you. https://dox.abv.bg/download?id=973e279fd8 |

Hi
1. UBUTool - for removing Secure Flash protection, no special flash tool is needed. 2. I'dont know. I'm using cheap M.2 NVMe to PCI-E Adapter Card. |

Hello,
I'm tryng to do the same modding for ASRock Q1900DC-ITX Bios. But I have 2 questions: 1 - How you removed Secure Flash protection? (or you used a special tool to flash?) 2 - Can you connect directly NMVe SSD to mPCIe? milaebrothers |

Dear threadzipper1957,
You arn't correct. It's a standard PCIe port. Recently I modify my BIOS by inserting NVMe drivers into the ROM, which I extract from another MB BIOS ROM and now I have fully working NVMe drive on my ASRock Q1900-ITX MB. Works great with no issues, just like it came from manufacturer. What I try before and didn't work propperly is: 1. CLOVER method for adding the NVMe support - random issues with USB ports, SATA ports and system stability. 2. Win-RAID forum guide for NVMe support BIOS mod - issues with SATA ports. WARNING: to those who dare to modify their BIOS. You risk bricking your MB and I'm not responsible by any way. Kind Regards |
