Assuming this is the correct model:
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-HDV/index.asp#BIOS

Wow, 2.50 is one of the original BIOSes!

This is what I'd do if I had that setup:
0. Go through current BIOS settings and write down current settings that may be confusing.
1. Flash to 3.40 (Bridge BIOS)
2. Flash to 5.50 (Another Bridge BIOS)
3. Flash to 7.00 (Yet another Bridge BIOS)
4. Swap CPU to Ryzen 5 3600
5. Flash to L8.01 (if you're okay with using a beta BIOS)
   or to 7.30 (if you'd rather stick to official releases)

I personally would use BIOS' built-in InstantFlash, rather than using Windows tools.
Get a small FAT32-formatted USB drive and put the BIOS files (unzipped, single file each) on it. Get into BIOS (spam the DEL key). I think it's in the Tool -> InstantFlash menu.

Now, you can put multiple BIOS files in the flash drive, and pick the right one each time, but if you're going to do that, keep a note of it and make sure to pick the right one, each time.

Thanks for your answer. I want to ask more quastion.
1)The r5 3600 cpu is good selection for my motherboard or i can choose instead 4500,5500 or 5600 ?(The difference of money is not very big )
2)After 3.40 update i must intall "AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.10.20_NHDA" on winows 10 , and next 5.50?
3)My 1300x will work on all vesrions or is until P7?

1) If prices are similar, 5600 would be the fastest CPU.
3600 = Matisse Chiplet Zen2 (3 cores with 16MB L3 + 3 cores with 16MB L3), no iGPU.
4500 = Renoir Monolithic Zen2 (3 cores with 4MB L3 + 3 cores with 4MB L3), iGPU disabled.
5500 = Cezanne Monolithic Zen3 (6 cores with 16MB L3), iGPU disabled.
5600 = Vermeer Chiplset Zen3 (6 cores with 32MB L3), no iGPU.

4500/5500 will be slightly more efficient, especially at idle.
3600 and 5600 will support ECC memory, whereas 4500/5500 won't.
I have a machine with 3600 and 2400MT/s memory, so I know that will work. I never had a 5000 series with memory slower than 3200MT/s, but since the IOD of 3600 and 5600 are identical, I'm sure 5600 will work fine with slower memory also.

Note 4500/5500/5600 require newer than 7.00 Bridge BIOS, so you might as well keep the old CPU in there through the entire flashing process before swapping the CPU. I just like my final flash to be done with the newer CPU, but that's just me.

2) I think the whole driver thing is for APUs, but I'm not sure.
   Either way, if your Windows installation is already up-to-date, I doubt there's anything to worry about. You wouldn't even boot into Windows again until all the flashing and BIOS configuration steps completed.

3) 1300X should run with any and all version of the BIOS, including the latest beta.

I believe so.

I personally never had that combination of CPU/Motherboard, but I do have a 2700X that runs fine on an old X470 board with the latest BIOS (all the way to AGESA 1.2.0.A, the last I updated).

The only thing I lost was the ability to set custom P-States. When I try to do that, it would not boot, and I have to clear CMOS to get it to work again. This feature worked fine on older BIOS (AGESA 1.0.0.6).

Note newer BIOS will NOT work with pre-Zen CPUs, like Bristol Ridge, as indicated in their BIOS page. They say they, "don't recommend updating this BIOS if you are going to use Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU on your system," but that's just a cop out as far as I'm concerned. I have two of their motherboards with latest BIOS running Pinnacle Ridge CPUs (2000-series). Your 1300X is Summit Ridge.
