ASRock Z370 Extreme4 XMP/Memory Issue

   Hi,

I have the ASRock Z370 Extreme4 motherboard and I'm trying to figure out why my Target Memory Speed keeps on resetting to the default value. Below is in imgur album of my BIOS settings as well as the speed showing only 2133MHz in CPU-Z and Task Manager.

The Target Memory Speed doesn't seem to save when I save and exit BIOS.

According to HWINFO64, my memory is the following and should be able to reach 3000MHz:

Could anyone assist?
