J5005-itx and SATA pcie controller issue

   Hello,
I try to install a PCIe SATA controller (from StarTech) but when i link the controller to the drive the boot is blocked when the logo Asrock arrive.
And i can't go to the setup bios menu or anything else. 
I have to force the computer to stop.

If i remove the SATA cable everything starts Well.

Do anyone ever seen an issue  like this ?
