AM1H-ITX mini-pcie ssd

Hi all,
As the title says, is it possible to use a mSATA SSD like the Kingston MS200 SSD in the mini-pcie slot of the AM1H-ITX motherboard?

If yes, can a DC PSU of 19V and 65W cover the power for the board, an Athlon 5350, the SSD and two SATA 2.5" HD?

The manual for the AM1H-ITX board states the mini-PCIe slot is for use with WiFi cards, so cannot be used with storage devices like an mSATA SSD, sorry to say.
