b650m pro rs usb issue

   Hi,
I bought a B650M Pro RS motherboard and unfortunately I have a problem with the USB connectors. 

All devices connected to the USB 2 inputs randomly turn off and on again, and the computer freezes on the screen. Headphones connected to USB 2 make a crackling sound. The front panel in the case has the same errors regardless of whether it is a USB 2 or USB 3 input, but on the motherboard USB 3 works without problems.

Has anyone had a similar problem and solved it?
