Hi, I presently have a P67 extreme board with an i5-2500k cpu. I'm replacing the motherboard with a Z77 Extreme 4 board. I'm keeping the same cpu and ram. Will I be able to get away without doing a Windows 10 reinstall? Thanks.

It isn't advisable but yes you can. You will need to set the system to boot into safe mode before you swap out the board. Once you have the system set to boot into safe mode on the next boot, shut down and swap out the board. Once the new board is installed you can then boot into safe mode and set the system to boot as normal again. This forces the system to load any essential drivers and allows you to keep your original OS.
Be warned however, not making a fresh install can cause instability and or OS related issues.

Thanks for the response. Was just hoping. I'll do the clean install. Thanks again.
