USB Key Login

   I recently purchased a new H170 D3 for my new 6600k (I know I should have bought a later model board - but it was all I could afford).
One of the key features that hooked me was the fact that I could use a USB Key to login to windows - But I can't seem to find the utility to enable me to create one.
I've trolled a few forums and Downloaded the 
ASRock F-Stream Tuning App that has been mentioned, however the supposed "Option" button that allows you to create it is not in that app.
Can anyone tell me where I can get the correct App or utility?
It seems a sensible option for me to use where my kids are always trying to guess my password.
With the key I can make a long and complicated password that my kids are not going to guess and I won't have to type it :).
