No network connection in Bios

   I have a Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming Pro i7, under tools in the bios I tried to use the network connection for updates. For some reason I have  no network connection. Both onboard Intel network ports are enabled. If I use the System browser and check the connections they are both shown as disconnected. Activity LED's are both showing active @1GB. Bios is latest @1.60.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem.
