Z97E-ITX/ac boots itself randomly

Hi

I'm Markus and i stranded here because my UEFI support function couldn't send my problem to the support server (connection problem?)

Anyways...
My problem is the following:

My Z97E-ITX/ac manages to boot itself up.
I tried almost every possible configuration now.
But finally i unplugged all the devices from USB, LAN cable, HDMI cable, i even unplugged the complete front IO with all the little cables for the power switch from the MB.

So it was only the MB, PS, RAM, CPU, SSD and some fans connected.
PC still boots itself randomly.

I already tried a few tips from the www, but nothing helped.

But today i came across this info as i found my pc running without powering it on myself.
CMD -> powercfd -lastwake gave me this:

Do you have anything like a mouse or keyboard connected to a USB 3.0 port when the PC started by itself? Or some other USB device?

Are you using Windows 10?

Open Device Manager in Windows, and check all the USB Root Hub Properties, those that have a Power Management tab. There may be more than one entry that is a USB Root Hub.

Uncheck the "Allow this device to wake the computer" entry, so it looks like this.

What parsec suggested, and I'd like to know if this is a new build or one that was running fine previously for quite some time prior.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion.

I've checked the USB controllers and none of them are set to wake my PC.
The built is 6 months old and showed this behavior ever since.

I run Win 8.1 with a valid key.

It even shows the same behavior when nothing is plugged in at all.
No USB device or anything is connected.

Actual setup is a disabled autolog on, so it goes to hibernate after it starts itself.

Just to mention it again, i always shut down my PC completely when i leave.

Vendor 8086 is Intel.

Curios. If you've installed the ASRock A-Tuning utility, please uninstall it, reboot, and report back if this alone remedied this issue.

No i didn't install A-Tuning as i don't use it.
Here's a list of all the programs installed.
The only one not listed is Winrar...

Is there no ASRock tech who can help out?
Do i have to return my MB as this behavior is really strange to me, but hard to explain in the shop i bought it as i have to tear my PC apart again!

Mac, just how fast after shutting it down would you say it takes to find it running again?

Start > type Power Options > "Change plan settings" on your current chosen plan > then "Change advanced power settings" > Sleep > "Allow hybrid sleep" - change to No, please reply back how it behaves after a reboot.

I'm glad I skipped Win8.x, instead going from 7 straight to 10. PITA it was, 8.x support.
