Your Kingston memory seems to be in your board's memory support list, not the identical kit, but the difference is just the number of DIMMs, your two vs a four DIMM kit in the list. That should make no difference. That Kingston memory is a bit unusual, 8GB DIMMs, but Single Sided (SS), those are usually Double Sided (DS). SS DIMMs should be used in the A2 and B2 slots, which you seem to be doing. Did you verify that both DIMMs work in the B2 slot? Meaning that did you try only one DIMM in the A1, A2, and B1 slots? To verify that both DIMMs are working. While this memory model's speed is rated at 2133, I've seen information that it "Auto overclocks up to 2666MHz". That is unusual, since the XMP profile is said to be at a speed of 2133. Some memory has multiple XMP profiles. Did you enable the XMP profile in the UEFI? Does the memory speed show in the UEFI as 2133, or something else? When you wrote "The system also does not see network adapter...", does that mean it is not listed in Device Manager? That usually means no driver was installed for a device. In that case, you should see an Unknown Device. Windows 10 can be fussy with network connections, and has broken some features on Intel network chips. Your board has the Atheros Killer 2400 network chip. Did you install the Atheros network driver for Windows 10 from your board's download page, the Atheros Killer Lan driver ver:1.1.56.1651? http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z170%20Gaming%20K4/?cat=Download&os=Win1064 If you right click on the Windows Networking icon, in the Task Bar on the right side, you'll see the Troubleshoot problems feature. Did you try running that? The first time you use the Internet with Windows 10, you may need to open the Windows Network and Sharing Center, from Control Panel or by right clicking the Networking icon. Then select Set up a new connection or network in that window. Also, Windows 10 can have problems with this network chip when its driver is updated. I have no idea if you did that or not, but I'll include a link ASRock provides to troubleshoot that situation in case it might help: http://www.asrock.com/support/note/KillerLan(v1.1.52.1451).pdf |

Hello, yesterday I bought a new computer, but there is a problem. RAM only works in B2 slot and only in single channel mode. It does not work in other slots (A1, A2, B1) and a dual channel mode does not work in any sequence. BIOS updated (3.20). The system also does not see network adapter. But etnernet slot indicator lights.
