I have a newly put together system that won't boot.  X99 WS board, Intel i7-5960x CPU, Corsair cmk32gx4m2a2133c13 memory chips, gigabyte gv-n1080g1   Gaming-8gd video card.  I tried booting several different ways, reseated the memory, CPU, and video card several times, tried 1 memory chip alone in a couple different slots. examined the CPU socket, no bent pins. tried clearing the bios, tried switching the bios to B, unplugged everything from the board except the video card the memory, CPU and fan, the 24 pin power and the 8 pin 12v ATX plug.  Dr. debug flashes 19, then 60 and stops, won't go any further. No signal to the monitor. Can someone help me troubleshoot this please

Not sure what processor you are using, no such model as an i7-5060.

Also, searching on Corsair cmk32gx4m2133c13 results in nothing specific, nothing found for that model number.

Dr. Debug codes of 19 and 60 are problems related to memory. Your memory might be DDR4 for Skylake processors, but no idea what memory you have.

Ok, So I thought I'd post an update. Since the memory was not on the approved/recommended list, I sent it back and ordered some that was on the list.  We'll see if that is the problem, or if there is a problem with this new board
