Hi, when accessing the Bios i see no option for PCIE gen4, i only see Gen3,Gen2,Gen1 and Auto.
I have the EPYC 7252 cpu with the latest Bios version. Any help would be great. Thank you |

Dear customer this form is for ASRock (desktop products) it would be better to use the ASRock Rack support form'https://event.asrockrack.com/tsd.asp
When using gmail, check the spam folder for replies. |

Hello everyone, there are several of us and we have problems connecting several video cards on this motherboard, they do not want to work in Gen4 without errors, they work stably only in Gen3, the board version is 1.02A. bios version 3.80. Only one friend works fine in Gen4, he has the board version 1.03. bios version 3.80, tell me how these revisions differ and how can I make the 1.02A version of the motherboard work in Gen4 mode without errors?
