Hello, i am currently on 2.70 with ryzen 2700 and crucial ballistix sport lt bls2k8g4d32aesbk 3200 mhz 2x8gb, which even if not on the official list they work fine on second and fourth slot. Now, i am planning to buy a 5600 and wanted to know if i can directly flash 3.60 and also if the ram would still work with the new cpu. Thank you

I don't see any special rules listed in the BIOS page, so I assume you can go straight to the latest version. I see you picked 3.60 because it's the first version to support Ryzen 5000 series.

If I were you, I'd do that, swap to 5600, and then flash again to the latest (10.31) using 5600. There were some important security fixes.

As for RAM, I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work. Memory controller only got BETTER with the later Ryzen CPU generations.

I got the 5600x version but i have to say that with stock cooler it runs quite hot. Anyways, thank you.

Yeah, 5600X is pushed pretty hard, so a good cooler would help.
5600 is much less demanding. Funny thing is, unless you're doing a lot of long-running multi-threaded workloads, I don't think people would notice that much difference between the two.
