Hi. I am trying to set up dual monitors for working in Photoshop. I have been told to make sure my display is set to "Extended"
The problem is - every time I set Extended the screen shoes the desktop background picture on top of all the icons and it will not go. this means you can't see any icons to select apps nor can you see the cursor.
How do I get round this?
Thanks Mal.

I use "Extend these displays" with multiple monitors all the time, and it works fine.

You've given us zero information about what you are using for your video source (integrated or discrete video card), how you have your two monitors connected to your PC, and what you are using to configure the multiple displays (Windows Display option, or the software provided with your video source.)

We really need to know this information before we can assist you.
