I just flashed my Bios to the new P7.00 version. Now my DDR4 will not run at 3000. I have XMP selected and even went into the ram tweaker page to select all of the 3000 speed settings for manual values. Still no luck and the new Bios seems to ignore the XMP profile. Ram stays at 2133Mhz. I had no issues with runnung the ram at 3000Mhz with P2.90 Bios. I have 4x8gig of Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000c15.

Hello,

You're right.
It forwarded to the BIOS department.

If that is your video, I noticed the CPU Cache clock is set to 4100MHz, while the CPU clock is set to 4000MHz.

That's an OC, but the Cache clock should not be higher than the CPU clock. Is that an OC you did yourself?

The 7.00 UEFI's purpose is to add support for the new Kaby Lake processors. The new CPU microcode in that update may be affecting the ability to OC your memory.

You were lucky to get four 8GB DIMMs working at 3000, since your board's Memory Support List does not show any DDR4 3000 memory compatible with more than two DIMMs in use. Also, the memory model number you included is a 16GB memory kit, so you must be using two unmatched kits of that memory, is that right? Check the Memory Support list:

Not my video but it does show the issue and the new boot failure message that i am getting. I am running the same 2 identical corsair 16gb kits like in the other poster's video. The only change from running 3000Mhz yesterday to being stuck at 2133Mhz today is the Bios flash.

I wonder is this XMP issue is only with this model or if all the Kaybe Lake bios updates are affected.

Outside of voltages being out of whack, my RAM OC is still stable on my Extreme4+ 7.0 update. Your problem is probably a board / kit specific one.
