Hi!
I removed the old BIOS chip. Easily done with small fingers.
After installing the new chip, clear CMOS then restart and F2?
Just wanted to be sure before I begin.
Current config:

asrock x99m fatality killer
6800K

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL14 Quad-Channel DIMMs - Black (CMK32GX4M4A2400C14)

EVGA GTX 1070 ACX 3.0 Black
Plextor M.2 M8Pe(G) with heat sink 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
PX-512M8PeGN

I noticed the MOBO specs for memory9pasted below). What does (OC) mean next to 2400? Is there anything I need to do manually for my memory to work?

Supports DDR4 3000+(OC)*/2933(OC)/2800(OC)/2400(OC)/2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
- Supports non-ECC RDIMM (Registered DIMM)

As it implies. All mem clocks above 2133 are considered an OC due to the processors "official' specs and should not be taken as a given on any particular and differing system specs each User employs hardware/cooling wise.
