9070 steel legend ARGB sync issue

   Hi guys,
I'm having a crazy time trying to figure out what is wrong with my 9070 non xt steel legend.  I have a z590 steel legend mobo an use polychrome to sync everything. For the past 6 months or so since iv owned this gpu the rgb worked great. The only problem was an I know now its dumb an petty of me but it listed my gpu as an rx 580 so I uninstalled it an installed the polychrome from the asrock website for my gpu. Now I should say when it asked me where I wanted to extract my files instead of one drive I put it on my C:/ drive. Not sure why that would make a difference but it was when I first noticed the problem. Anyway after extracting it I went in an downloaded it. It saved to the c drive under the asrock folder. I opened polychrome it recognized my gpu an went to set the lighting an it worked 2 times before freezing the lights only on my gpu. If I shut the pc completely down an restart it would work until I change the mode or color of my gpu an then it would freeze and polychrome couldn't see it. I have tried uninstalling it an reinstalling going into the bin folder of polychrome an flashing the firmware. It does work but only for everything else not the gpu. When I shut down my pc an restart it even with no rgb software on it, it still has the rgb I set the 1st time an mode an works well as soon as my polychrome kicks in to sync up all the rgb it freezes the lights on my gpu an can't recognize it. I also went into the reg an deleted the polychrome file an again reinstalled an reflashed an still same problem persist. Today i found a firmware flash for my gpu. Again it extracts it to one drive but I copied the path went into cmd (Win+R) and typed cd with right clicking to put the correct copied path. It tried to flash but said failed. So then I ran it as administrator an did the exact same steps it said it couldn't find the file.?... So I then went back in extracted it to asrock file an it separated the folder so I made a new folder moved all files to new folder in the asrock app an named it the exact same name as it tried to save in one drive RX 9070 ST. I didnt get time to try thr flash from there because I had to leave but would that cause any problems moving it to the C:/ an putting all the files it extracted into a folder from there an trying to reflash?
