new BIOS 3.40 for Taichi lite X870E - what´s new + experience?

Since Sep 1 there is a knew BIOS Version 3.40 for the X870E Zaichi lite (and probably for a lot other boards) - does anybody know what exactly was changed?
Any experience with improvements or new bugs?
Worth to update or better wait?

The update is apparently designed to address RAM compatibility and issues with
9000 series CPUs. From what I understand it is a refinement on the previous BIOS
versions that fixed the CPU burnout issue that improves RAM compatibility and
performance/stability.

According to ASRock 3.4 is an essential update for all AM5 boards.
