I have a new AM1B-ITX with new AMD 5350 with new DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB 1600 Mhz.
When I boot the system  I have a black screen with no sound signal.
Replaced PSU with a known-good nothing changes, extracted ram I have a sound signal with beep.
Note that I unplugged dvd, hd, also tried to insert dvd and feels operation.
I tried with vga, dvi e hdmi output with two screens.
Have you got any ideas of what has to be the problem?
Thank you.

Could you provide the model number of your RAM please, most often issues like this are due to RAM incompatibility.

It also may be worth checking if there are any bent pins on the CPU.

It looks like Crucial does not list that RAM as compatible with your board (always check the RAM site as they update compatibility more often).

You can check for yourself here:

Enter ASRock for "manufacturer"
Enter Motherboard for "product line"
Enter your board for "model"

Then click "check compatibility"
