New RAM problem

Hello! I'm buy a strap of memory. 2x4gb DDR3 1333mhz
I'm install this memory,start the PC.
My PC doesn't start(
What's the problem?
Motherboard:
P43Twins1600 ddr3 1333 mhz ddr2 1066 mhz
Processor:
Intel core 2 duo e7200

It's not kit. It's default strap without packaging

Do you have DDR3 and DDR2 both installed at the same time?

If so then that is your problem, you can't use both DDR2 and DDR3

I Know,motherboard not supporting ddr2 and ddr3 together.

Sorry, I am afraid not. I live in Bulgaria but am not native.

Here is your user manual from the Russian ASRock page, download the multi-language version and check to make sure everything is set up correctly.
