Which update method were you using?
When updating the BIOS, any CPU or memory OC should not be used. Use stock and default settings when performing BIOS updates. If you really get no POST and nothing on the monitor (try pressing the Reset button), you can try a BIOS clear, which is normally not recommended when updating the BIOS. With the PC off and disconnected from power, press the CMOS clear button on the board's IO panel. I would suggest only using the Instant Flash BIOS update method. The unzipped Instant Flash BIOS file is copied to a USB flash drive, which is inserted into a USB 2.0 port on the board's IO panel. Some boards have a recovery function where they will check for a USB flash drive with the BIOS file in it when a BIOS update fails. The board will find the BIOS file and complete the BIOS update process, IF you are lucky. Otherwise, a new CMOS chip is the only fix. |

I guess I made the mistake of using the In-Windows Utility...I think it was more from Windows 10 or something, real weird like GPU driver quit responding once it started/screen started flickering/corruption/then lockup/freeze etc. Does this Board have that recovery Function if I put the BIOS file on a USB?
